Cadillac Ranch

This one is of those attractions that is really cool but don’t blink or you may miss it. I was very excited to photograph this and when I looked it up online it sounded like a big deal. When I pulled up it was literally just a row of like 10 cadillacs stuck down into the ground. That said, it’s one of those things that you just don’t see everyday. After you find a place to park you walk through the gate and down the path leading up to them. Once I got there I was surprised to find cans of spray paint on the ground around the cars and in the hands of everyone there who had already figured out you could paint them. This MADE the experience for me!! Being able to paint the cars turned another random “tourist attraction” into a memorable art experience. I had so much fun and left there feeling like I had the “inside scoop” on the big deal.
